Today’s healthy and tasty recipe is for American pancakes with Bett’r coconut chips. A perfect solution for a great weekend! And again – easy, fast, and very tasty.
For 4-5 small pancakes you will need:
- 2 overflowing tablespoons of coconut flour
- 50 ml. nut milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2-3 drops of rum essence
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Method of preparation:
1.Blend the egg with the sugar and add the rum essence
2.Add the coconut flour and mix until smooth
3.Gradually add the milk and stir
4.Heat the pan to a high degree, then reduce to 3-4. Add the coconut oil and bake for a few minutes on each side until golden
5.Serve with your favorite jam or tahini and coconut chips Bett’r
Now take the pancake, dip it in the jam and sprinkle with Bett’r – a bett`r breakfast for a lazy weekend!
